Responsible for the proper management of a large group of warehouse employees, schedules working hours, shifts and employee leaves
Coordinates and ensures the proper functioning of the warehouse (process of receiving - storing products, collecting orders, dispatching goods) while observing the required procedures
Controls product hygiene and safety conditions
Regulates and allocates the daily tasks of warehouse employees
Monitors the proper compliance for hygiene and safety rules of warehouse staff
Monitors Warehouse Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Reports for the outcomes through Warehouse Management Systems
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field. Master’s degree will be considered as an asset.
2-3 years of working experience in a similar position, preferably in a multinational company.
Excellent knowledge Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Experience in ERP Systems, WMS
Very good knowledge of English language (both written and verbal).
Strong communication & interpersonal skills, team management&team player.
Strong analytical skills & results orientation.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills.
