Position Requirements

The talent acquisition specialist will serve as the recruiting partner of AB’s Business units, in alignment with brand’s talent strategy. The position holder aims to build strong relationships and high satisfaction rates with hiring managers and to champion on employer branding activities to attract best talent and strengthen organizational capabilities now and in the future

Core accountabilities:

  • Formulate effective sourcing strategies to identify talent & create talent pipeline for current and future needs
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment & employer branding activities
  • Excite candidates by creating a unique recruiting journey
  • Engage high demand Talent
  • Review recruiting metrics to ensure high performance
  • Provide Suggestions to continuously improve quality of hires
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing on employer branding initiatives and events
  • Build and promote employer brand and Alfa Beta’s values, work climate and way of work
  • Effectively promote our career board in various channels
  • Organize employer branding events: career fairs and universities’ networks


Candidate Profile

  • Degree in business, HR, or related area of study (MSc is a plus)
  • Minimum 3 years of recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding experience
  • Hands-on experience on people analytics, KPIs & campaign management
  • Highly proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter (knowledge of other tracking applicant systems, is a plus)
  • MS Office Suite literate
  • Fluent in the English language
  • Passion for the Customer – focus on in depth customer needs’ understanding, excel at retail
