CRM Specialist


Job’s Purpose

The CRM Specialist will be part of the BI, Loyalty and Analytics team of AB. He/she will play a crucial role in managing customers using the most advanced CRM, Loyalty and Data tools while aiming at customer retention and growth through relevant data-driven campaigns. The position requires a person that will be able to easily collaborate and communicate efficiently with cross-functional internal and external partners and genuinely commit to improve the customer value and increase retention.

What you will focus on

• Implementation, tracking and measurement of one-to-one marketing campaigns for different company initiatives throughout the customer journey, according to corporate strategy
• Handling of day-to-day operations to support all targeted campaigns (Audience building, Journey building, automations, etc.)
• Research and identify best practices and constantly optimize way of working and campaign results
• Effectively communicate CRM strategies and performance to the broader marketing team, to cross-functional partners, and to leadership to gain alignment
• Work closely with analytics team to produce a deep understanding of customer behavior and interests in order to develop retention strategies through campaign reporting and optimization
• Support Product team in various tasks to deploy new functionalities in CRM tool
• Working in a highly organized manner where all tasks are documented and prioritized to produce high performance

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Βusiness Administration or Marketing or related subject
• Experience in CRM platforms (ideally Salesforce)
• Retail, FMCG or agency customer experience is a must
• Highly advanced with all Office 365 tools and modern agile way of working
• Basic understanding on data analysis, BI tools and practices
