Provide advice to business leaders for sound people decisions that promote our inclusive workplace
Support the execution of people policies & processes, such us performance management, talent development etc in our Stores
Serve as the primary point of contact with employees on people matters
Partner with the business leaders and HR expertise functions to enhance best employee journey
Ensure the implementation of health & safety standards in the workplace
Who we are looking for
BSc in HRM, Business Administration, or any relevant field. MSc would be considered an asset.
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience. Experience in supply chain or retail industry will be considered an asset.
Fluency in English language, both written & verbal.
MS Office literacy
Passion for the Customer – focus on in depth customer needs’ understanding & excel at retail
Authentic Communication – deliver messages in a clear, compelling and concise manner, create wow effect to audiences
