Job’s Purpose

Flow Management Supervisor secures the complete and on time delivery of the goods by the suppliers, within agreed requirements. He/She ensures the smooth and efficient flow of information and goods, in close cooperation and alignment with all relevant supply chain stakeholders to achieve the desired product availability in stores, against minimal costs in the supply chain. He/She also identifies and implements optimization initiatives.

What you will focus on

• Analyzes and evaluates the entire replenishment performance for the allocated categories
• Proposes and agrees supply chain service and performance targets per supplier
• Manages the maintenance of relevant logistics data and system parameterization
• Manages all logistics aspects of seasonalities and promotional agreements between Suppliers and Buying Dpt and contributes in Replenishment Forecasts
• Organizes alignment, planning, and continuous improvement meetings with the supply chain stakeholders
• Guards the flow of information between suppliers, DC’s and stores
• In cooperation with suppliers manages all logistics issues and contributes in the optimization of the Supply Chain

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Business, Supply Chain or in any other relevant field. Master’s Degree will be considered an asset
• 2-4 years of similar working experience in Retail, FMCG or Supply Chain
• Fluency in English language, both written & spoken
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
