Brand Equity & Own Brand Marketing Manager (One-year contract)


Job’s Purpose

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the Brand Equity, Communication and Own Brands Portfolio of Alpha Beta. You will be leading a small team of three and directly reporting to Marketing Director. You will be the key person to create all the advertising campaigns, key messages of the Brand, in line with the Brand guidelines and strategy. Being responsible for a wide range of Own Brands Product Portfolio, in terms of strategy, positioning, communication and packaging.

What you will focus on

• Monitor insights and data (market research, AB customer, market, consumer) to be able to contribute to AB Brand Strategy and bring proposals to support the brand initiatives.
• Be responsible for the advertising and communication plan of AB Brand at a 360o level. Align with internal teams (in-store, media, digital) and external partners (advertising agencies, production companies etc.) for the creation of AB campaigns.
• Manage Own Brands portfolio across strategy pillars.
• Handle the packaging design with the support of creative agencies.
• Work closely with the Category Μanagers and create the communication plan for the dedicated brands that AB launches.
• Be responsible for the CSR campaigns and good-cause communication campaigns and initiatives.
• Co-operate with vendor brands to create synergies on CSR topics related to AB strategy.
• Manage the budget of the department, monitor closely and report monthly.
• Collaborate with teams in CSE Europe to learn from other brands of the Group and share best practices, follow international guidelines and prοmote local work.

Who we are looking for

• BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or any other relevant field. MSc would be considered an asset.
• Working experience of at least 10 years, in a Senior Brand Management role in FMCG, Retail or other industry. Multi experienced in creating local campaigns and overall brand management.
• Previous people management experience.
• Fluency in English language, both written and spoken.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
