Lean Expert



ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ ΘΕΣΗΣ ΕΡΓΑΣΙΑΣ

We are looking for a Lean Expert to effectively deliver process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives. The Lean Expert will play an important role in helping to foster a culture of sustainable change through the creation and embedding of Lean Methodology to deliver business transformation. S/He will have the overall responsibility to ensure qualitative knowledge transfer of Lean Methodology to change team and provide support in deployments through training and coaching for her/his projects.

Role Responsibilities

As a Lean Expert, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning and approaching for the projects (waves) as per the schedule
  • Coaching and Training Supervisors, Managers and SMEs on Lean Concepts and Tools
  • Sharing information on Lean Concepts, Tools and practical implementation within the change team
  • Providing training material and ongoing reference material for Lean Training
  • Leading the transformation waves as per the plan and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Reviewing the current activities and metrics and coming up with revised KPIs and improvement opportunities
  • Working closely with in scope Team to transform the teams and implementing change management activities to change mind set and behavior
  • Participate in the development and implementation of “best in class” communication plans, tactics and material to shape the total communication strategy for the lean transformation within the organization
  • Assisting in scope team by bringing inspiration and innovative thinking to solve complex problems
  • Setting up continuous improvement model and define organization, roles and responsibilities and tools
  • Actively monitoring project risks to foresee potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address in advance ensuring effectiveness

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree and related field experience required; Advanced degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience with a background in Lean Management, corporate excellence (sales and operations)
  • Be an Expert in Lean methodologies, practices, approach and tool set
  • Good knowledge of Financial Services organization structure and specifics
  • Ability to lead and sustain large change management program (Project Management capability)
  • Personal impact in terms of influencing, coaching and communication skills with a passion to develop/grow others
  • Ability to blend maturity with willingness to roll up the sleeves as and when required
  • Experience of at least two successful implementations of Lean in financial services
  • 2 - 4 years of Management consulting experience is preferable
  • Lean Black Belt Certification is preferable
