The Role   

We are looking for a hands-on HR Payroll Specialist for a position that is designed for a strong team contributor to provide oversight, critical thinking, process evaluation and improvement to our client HR process with a focus on payroll and C&B process. A successful professional  will be able to independently handle the day-to-day payroll/benefits processing requirements while working with senior management to help drive process improvements


Key Responsibilities 

  • Work as a liaison between the company and Payroll Vendor
  • Maintains a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture, organizational objectives, and legislation;
  • Assist in the design and implementation of HR policies
  • Support in Talent acquisition and recruitment processes;
  • Promote HR programs and support the planning and implementation of activities that enhance employee engagement;
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics;
  • Provide support to employees in various HR (recruiting, performance, etc) related topics and resolve issues and problems

Qualifications/ Experience

  • 3- 5 years of relevant working experience as HR Generalist and/or HR BP, with emphasis on Payroll and/or C&B
  • Familiarity & fluency with HRIS tools (Workday)
  • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field
  • Additional HR training or MSc in HR will be a plus
  • Previous exposure in payroll-related processes and good knowledge of labour legislation is a must
  • Excellent command of the English language
