The Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager –putting sales forecast and driving the sales strategy for the assigned B2B market. The responsibility includes identifying, qualifying and closing new customer relationships, as well as to properly manage, secure and grow existing client relationships.



  • Supports and focuses on sales of LED and Large Format Displays (LFD) products and solution of the B2B market;
  • Engages in new business development based on directions and strategy of Enterprise Business Team division;
  • Target specific Vertical Markets (retail, shipping, yachting, construction companies, banking and others);
  • Responsible for positioning also other B2B solutions (HD & LCD) in B2B customers.
  • Maximize revenue and profit by planning and executing the sales strategy and plan optimized for the selected channel account based on the regional business strategy.
  • Find balance in sales between channels for proper contribution by all channels
  • Monitor and drive product demand, stock level, competitors promotion
  • Lead role in the country-wise sales planning and target setting in order to attain higher market share, achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Provides accurate and timely forecasts and required reporting to the management team.



  • Bachelor’s Degree of a Technical University and an MSc in business, or a business-related University degree;
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales and/or product marketing role;
  • Product management experience in electronic goods, monitors or TV will be a plus;
  • Technical experience in display business will be a strong plus;
  • Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint;
  • Excellent communication skills and public speaking experience;
  • Willing to travel more than 50% of the time - mostly in Central and East Europe region.
