The Role

You will work hand-in-hand with the CEO to understand the business requirements and co-define and execute on the product strategy and roadmap. You will be setting, prioritizing, and evaluating the work generated by our tech team in order to ensure impeccable features and functionality of the product. You will also use and develop your skills to continuously improve existing products and optimize for the conversion rate of digital customer value proposition



  • Work with business team and key stakeholders to understand the business needs and translate these into functional requirements 
  • Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development team 
  • Work with tech and design team to understand product feasibility and limitations 
  • Develop scope and define backlog items (epic/features/user stories) that guide the development team 
  • Measure, analyse and report on product and feature performance 
  • Maintain timely communications with the stakeholders throughout the project life cycle to ensure a common understanding of the requirements and the impact to the business area and its customers 
  • Solve product-related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments 
  • Act as an ambassador for the product. Ensure functional knowledge and documentation 
  • Identify optimizations to continuously improve our products and the customer conversion rate

  • You have excellent leadership and decision-making skills, and a strong knowledge of project management principles
  • 3 to 6-year work experience as a Product Analyst / Business Analyst / Product Manager 
  • Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions 
  • Digital experience in Digital Transformation, e-Commerce, Digital Marketing or any similar areas 
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
