Our client is a digital multinational entertainment group with multiple business lines under its management. They are currently seeking to hire a Group CMO to provide leadership and drive the growth of a new digital BU.
Chief Marketing Officer
The ideal candidate will lead efforts to amplify the company brand in the Greek market, including storytelling, tone of voice, messaging, design, product and content video promos, naming, positioning, and innovative creative for campaigns that drive growth and engagement with company’s platform. He/ She will operate by overseeing specialist creative teams that support business areas inside and outside the company. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role will be a key member of the leadership team and be highly visible across account growth marketing, engagement growth marketing, corporate branding, internal campaigns and B2B communications with the ad and entertainment industry.
Deliver proper product in order to determine customers’ needs and expectations via insights, data and analytics, work closely with Head of Strategy and Analysis.
Accountable for launching several products/ series or shows quite often and converting visitors to customers with the best CRO
Creat & choose the best products for our customers, work closely with the Content Director and team.
Lead the creative development of regular, program-specific, and event-specific creative work for campaigns across all media, including crafting dynamic data-informed, customer-centric and insight-based content and messaging that connects with customers
Evangelize creativity in all its forms and help the organization deliver creative output relative to specific stages in the account acquisition and life-cycle marketing funnels
Translate top-level marketing priorities into clear brand strategy and messages including establishing the vision for continual evolution of the brand and driving the development, design, and execution of marketing creative that generates and influences brand awareness and perceptions of the company
Bachelor’s and/or Master degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Content Management, Digital Marketing or any similar areas
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English. A can-do attitude to drive change
Strong social fit to company culture; independent and energetic with a can-do and go-get attitude adding more energy to the group than you absorb
Strong analytical skills and the ability to optimize the marketing approach through numerical analyses
Ability to be both detailed and hands-on while being able to zoom out for strategic decisions
Team management experience; knowledge of how to motivate and leverage junior resources to consistently deliver high-quality output
Experience in running marketing activities for a 24x7 high-availability operation platform with proven success will be considered as a strong plus
Demonstrated experience in businesses with streaming solutions products, SaaS, subscription-based platforms etc
