The Role    

She/He is responsible for implementing and maintaining company’s HR programs, practices and policies while ensuring that company’s culture and values are understood and supported by both associates and management.


  • Implement people strategies related to the employee journey that align to the field business initiatives
  • Analyzes the annual results with business partners on the development of action plans.
  • Communication and execution to drive engagement
  • Drive the assessment & development plan and their implementation 
  • Assists in the payroll procedure and assures that all relevant data are  accurate and updated
  • Ensures robust succession and development planning for all associates and mid-level management.
  • Oversees recruitment activity, workforce planning and ensures vacancy rate is to structure through effective hiring and promotion of current associates and mid-level management.
  • Assists in the execution and follow up on the training plans and programs for associates and mid-level managers.
  • Ensures the execution of all company internal communication plans to associates with and through the management team.
  • Actively communicates management rotational meetings adding value to people policies and programs.
  • Ensures the proper execution of all company people practices, procedures and policies.



  • Bachelor/Master in Human Resources
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to influence/advise management on HR priorities
  • Experience in successfully managing challenging associate relations issues
  • Working knowledge of basic employment & labor law
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
