  • Manage Information Technology services provided to clients
  • Support clients on day by day operations
  • Ensure effective communication of Customer (Service & Technical) related issues as required.
  • Follow defined CRM processes to manage customer requests
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the services provided, with a strong focus on quality
  • Manage incidents, requests, changes, related to all the Information Technology services
  • Comply with quality and security standards policies and regulations to deliver results
  • Deliver services in alignment with Corporate Information Technology strategies and goals 
  • Execute and assist with projects according to approved budgets and schedules
  • Support, install, and configure desktop hardware, software and applications
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues on customer accounts including software faults


  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer science or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of previous experience working in IT support
  • Experience with at least one DBMS (Ms-SQL, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) 
  • Experience in SQL
  • Experience on Microsoft PowerBI and/or Microsoft Analysis Services
  • Advanced computer skills Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
  • Experience at least with a data integration tool (MS-Integration service, Oracle Data Integration, Azure Data Factory, splunk, databricks, Informatica, Talend etc.)
  • Experience in Design and implement DataWareHouse (DWH), ETL, ELT
  • Experience on public cloud platform Azure (preferred), Oracle and AWS
  • Experience with R or Python is a plus
  • Excellent communicator and team spirit
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory Services 
  • Triage and Ticketing (Service Now, OTRS)
  • Proactive Infrastructure Monitoring
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision while performing duties
  • Flexibility to develop and maintain technical documentation in English
