The Finance Director is responsible for all long-range financial matters to manage financial, accounting and compliance aspects of the company, including business planning, budgeting and forecasting.

The role requires a reliable professional with broad knowledge of all accounting, financial and business principles and a strategic thinker, who will provide financial advice to help company’s leaders make sound business decisions.



  • Plan, direct, implement and coordinate all finance, accounting and compliance functions
  • Manage the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for accurate accounting of consolidated business results
  • Coordinate and prepare internal and external financial reporting
  • Develop and oversee internal financial/ accounting software, payroll and other administrative

  • Prepare and monitor P&L, Cashflow, Budget and Forecast reports
  • Supervise audit and communicate with external auditors for best results
  • Prepare, review and submit Financial Statements, tax return reports, ENFIA etc.
  • Support and participate in banking and non-banking financing
  • Develop and implement financial, accounting and compliance policies and procedures
  • Make sound investment decisions to increase company’s portfolio



  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position preferably in an international company
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics from a renowned Greek university
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Strong technical accounting background with a thorough knowledge of GAAP,  IRFS and Greek
  • Fluency in English
  • Substantial MS Office knowledge and proficient in financial management software
  • Ability to communicate, prioritize and work in a team
  • Ability to multi-task with attention to detail

  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
