The Digital Brand Manager is responsible for planning and executing digital campaigns, setting up campaign measurements, analyzing and communicating results, and collaborating with various internal and external groups to achieve business goals. This position will focus on defining, creating, and communicating a framework for activation and optimization across all digital platforms that drive brand and performance outcomes. This position manages and recommends campaigns in line with marketing plans for company initiatives, researches and identifies potential placements, and negotiates terms with the partners. 

This role will monitor & analyze campaign performance, recommend campaign concepts, and stay current on new features and best practices. The ideal candidate for this role is an energetic professional who can multi-task effectively and has a strong desire for challenging projects and data-driven marketing

 

Primary Responsibilities/Activities

  • Manage and efficiently scale brand awareness and customer acquisition campaigns across all media partners. Comfortable operating across both strict direct-response and awareness KPIs, actively investigate and identify high potential opportunities to test and incorporate into channel strategy (e.g., audience/creative/landing page - optimisation)
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to develop marketing and communications plans that leverage search, programmatic display and OLV tactics.
  • Strategize and develop brand digital using online media channels such as a display (programmatic), direct, mobile, SEO/SEM, CRM, social media and affiliate marketing that drive revenue growth, increase customer acquisition, and expand brand awareness.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including platform set-up that aligns with media plans, targeting strategies and objectives. Measure and evaluate performance reports of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with managing and optimizing online marketing tactics with an emphasis on efficient spending to generate high ROI
  • Manage the content required to support the seasonal range. 
  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end e-commerce customer experience, user journeys and behaviours.
  • Perform campaign analysis directly relevant to optimization and/or planning and buying decisions
  • Set KPIs and benchmarks for all paid social and video platforms, channels, tactics, and initiatives.
  • Stays current on industry best practices and makes recommendations for increasing conversions from digital efforts
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports to track the conversion.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 6+ years managing online advertising, digital, video, and paid social campaigns
  • Experience with paid social and digital marketing tools that include content management, trafficking, reporting and competitive research
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organization skills while managing multiple ongoing projects
  • Detailed knowledge and experience with web analytics 
  • Comfortable navigating through ambiguity with a strong sense of prioritization
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical, planning, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of the digital channel landscape to include knowledge of campaigns across paid search, social, display, video, affiliates, CRO and attribution methodology
  • Strong analytical mindset and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience operating a direct marketing program at scale.
  • Previous experience working in retail, grocery or similar fast-paced organizations.
