Recruitment Services Lead

Moreover, we are in search of an experienced Recruitment Services Lead to join our recruitment team in Germany!



    • Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle and enhance the unit with more high performing members
    • Supervise, guide, mentor the recruitment team and report on its performance
    • Handling and managing the business development for current and future client relationships and recruitment needs
    • Strategically design the projects’ profiles (sector, professions, seniority level)
    • Act as an external stakeholder for client-companies by providing market advice  
    • Build the company’s professional network and Employer Branding through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
    • Update current and design new and more effective recruitment procedures (posting channels, sourcing methods etc)
    • Keep track of recruitment metrics (project life-cycle, sent shortlists, achieved placements, client’s satisfaction etc)
    • Review recruitment software (ATS) and suggest the most operational option for team’s daily work
    • Provide input on commercial policies and contracts
    • Report unit’s performance and key achievements to parent company
    • Collaboration with globally affiliated teams of kariera group


    • Proven work experience in a similar role employed by an agency or consulting services company
    • Solid hands-on experience of a full recruitment cycle
    • Previous experience in people management or team leading
    • Academic background in Business or HRM
    • Commercial mindset accompanied by strategic thinking
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Leadership and decision making competencies
    • Full professional proficiency in English language (both written and verbal)
    • Tech-savviness in different HRM systems
