The Role:

A Rewards & OE Specialist should be responsible for all the elements of the rewards program including: compensation, benefits, work-life, performance, recognition, development and career opportunities in order to attract, motivate and retain talent.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design a compensation package based on business goals and strategy
  • Review organization charts
  • Prepare and update salary pay scales & create job offers
  • Design compensation and benefits processes
  • Research and design compensation and benefits plans that are cost-effective and competitive
  • Provide guidance to managers on job descriptions, evaluations and ensure proper classification of positions
  • Participate in Budgeting process for Staff Cost
  • Design and present reports and recommendations based on research and analysis for the executive leadership team
  • Calculate Bonuses results & recommend more effective schemes
  • Collaborate with outside vendors


The ideal candidate should have:

  • BA in relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Master of Finance or HR should be an asset
  • Previous experience as a compensation and benefits specialist
  • Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices
  • Good understanding of full-cycle hiring process
  • Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations
  • Hands-on experience with quantitative and qualitative research
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Project Management skills
  • Excel premium user
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
