Position Requirements

  • Supports in the development of Job Descriptions and performs Job Evaluation using relevant methodologies and tools
  • Analyses compensation data and identifies trends for the effective management of total rewards; Supports in developing Compensation Packages
  • Participates in the annual salary survey fill out process
  • Manages company’s benefits (mobile phones, cars etc)
  • Participate in management of specific variable pay schemes (store bonuses, productivity bonuses etc)
  • Participate in the design and implementation of programs related to Well Being


Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Science related fields.
  • Master’s Degree would be considered an asset
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of English Language
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel)
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Results orientation and motivation for continuous improvement
  • Teamwork, cooperation, interpersonal skills
  • Strong planning and organization skills with attention to detail focus
