Position Requirements

  • Leads the group financial planning cycles of the company
  • Oversees and manages overall Financial Planning & Controlling for all functions
  • Supervises Ecommerce and IT specialized Finance Business Partnering:
    presentation and preparation of Business Reviews, business cases, ad hoc analysis and being the voice of finance on this side of the business
  • Prepares Budget, participates in Strategic dialogue presentation and strategy reflection and presents to local and Group Board
  • Implements best working practices across and works together with all the business owners of the company
  • Collaborates with Finance Leadership team and Ahold Delhaize group
  • Works with Business Intelligence Tools, RPA (robotics) and Dashboards (PowerBI)


Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business Administration or any relative field
  • Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration
  • Previous working experience of 6-7 years in similar role in Multinational firm (preferably in FMCG sector) or Advisory Company
  • ACCA or/and CFA (completed at least the 2/3 of the program)
  • Fluency in English language
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications. Knowledge of SAP, Hyperion Planning, Power BI, Tableu would be considered an asset
  • Digital Savviness is considered a strong asset
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong results orientation, accountability, and resourcefulness
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with different levels of seniority
  • Strong project & time management skills with emphasis on organizing, planning, and completing multiple complex tasks with hands on mentality
  • Outside the box thinking, be creative, be solutions oriented, have thirst for challenging existing practices and be able to adapt to change
  • Ability to coordinate with various teams, perform complex analysis and prepare meaningful reports for management team
  • Fosters an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented working environment by maintaining cooperative relationships that lead to open communications and sharing of information
  • Constantly coaches and develops self and team
