Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience as an IT Recruiter.
  • Strong skills in sourcing and evaluating tech candidates.
  • Proficient with ATS, LinkedIn, and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
