Kariera.gr | Hiring Solutions team is looking for a Service & Network Experton behalf of its client, the leading e-commerce and omnichannel retailer in Greece.
Responsibilities:
Plan, design, implement, install and configure data and voice networks according to business needs and objectives.
Ensure network infrastructure is secured and properly operating.
Monitor network performance, identify problems and implement corrective actions.
Follow security policies and participate in security measures implementation.
Work closely with stakeholders and other teams to prioritize system capabilities and network needs.
Evaluate new network and telecom technologies and services for potential improvements.
Manage network documentation, including topologies, configurations, policies and procedures.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a similar position
Knowledge of data collection and processing / reporting
Familiarity with home appliance service would be a plus
Experience in managing and documenting installation and maintenance processes.
Commercial approach
Excellent communication and writing skills
Communication and collaboration skills for interacting with clients and other professionals.
Excellent proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Excel.
