We are currently looking for a dynamic and passionate professional to fill the position of Group Supply Chain Master Data and Inventory Coordinator.

 

Group Supply Chain Master Data and Inventory Coordinator

The Group Supply Chain Master Data and Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and provision of subsequent support to the Business Units (BUs) versus a) the proper management and maintenance of the Master Data in the company’s ERP and Scheduling Platform, b) the proper maintenance of the inventory level per separate inventory category in alignment with the set targets. In relevance to the company’s Scheduling Platform, he/she will also be supporting any new development, upgrade on the designated tools and will be participating in the development, update and tracking of training and process related documentation. In direct report with Group Planning and Scheduling Manager, he/she will be managing BU specific projects to ensure the compliance with a) the Famar Supply Chain Master Data Core Model, b) the inventory targets.

 

Main Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

 

The Group Supply Chain Master Data and Inventory Coordinator is responsible for the following:

 

  • Form strong contact with each BU Supply Chain Master Data Coordinator and Inventory Coordinator.
  • Coordinate the convergence of single “Master data”, “BOM”, and “Routing” FAMAR core model across all FAMAR sites.
  • Support the continuous improvement of data accuracy with the objective to achieve and maintain class A level of accuracy through common data accuracy measurements and methodology of data audit.
  • Support the construction and consolidation of specific analysis relevant to Supply Chain function on Group level, based on data retrieved from BW-reporting database and Power BI-tool.
  • Be point of Contact for OMP (Production Scheduling) within SC for Data management and support (non IS).
  • Provide a first level support to OMP - End Users vs daily business – issues.
  • Provide training to OMP - End users.
  • Update of existing documentation and creation of new one vs OMP.

 

Candidate’s Profile:

  • University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, Chemical Engineering or related field is required
  • Previous experience in a similar role for at least 6 years
  • Advanced knowledge of Supply Chain processes
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Ability to work independently and respond to set deadlines
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office Package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Advanced knowledge of ERP system, SAP and especially vs MM, PP, SD, WM and preferably also vs CRM and QM modules.
  • Preferred experience in the usage and understanding of the core functions of a Planning and Scheduling Platform (e.g. OMP+).
  • Preferred experience in the usage of BW-reporting and Power BI- dashboards.
