FAMAR, a leading international service provider in health care industry with activities both in the Greek and the Western European area, seeks to recruit for the IS dpt:

 

 IS ANALYST

Accountabilities:

The position holder will report to the ERP Manager (GR) team and will be responsible for:

  • Liaise with key users for the implementation of global and local business projects, through:
    • Writing specifications for new requirements
    • Monitoring changes implementations & enhancements on SAP system
    • Testing (Unit & integration tests)
    • Releasing new solutions for productive use
  • Collaborate with external providers in charge of developing our SAP ERP solutions, applying Company development standards and policies and ensuring the integrity, quality and documentation of their programming activity.
  • Analyze new requirements, design integrative solutions and suggest improvements on existing systems functionality in order to optimize them
  • Collaborate and participate in other initiatives related to other SAP modules.

Prerequisites:

  • University degree in ICT or in BA or at least 3 years’ experience in business analyst or project management roles.
  • Good English knowledge, both spoken and written, fluency in Spanish and/or Italian languages advantageous.
  • High level of team spirit
  • Customer oriented
  • Good communication and negotiation skills and experience in change management and costs control.
  • Reliable and structured way of working, analytical thinking, problem solving skills, presentation skills and persuasive power
  • Required Technical skills:
    • At least 2 years of experience with solid technical skills in the setup of Financial, Sales and Procurement modules in ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) systems, primarily SAP FI/CO modules.
    • Knowledge of Finance, Sales and Procurement functional processes and principles.
  • Advantageous Technical skills:
    • Knowledge in Manufacturing SAP ERP modules (QM-PP-WM) and functionals processes as well as ABAP development skills
    • Experience with Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing solutions, in particular SAP BW and/or Power BI Solutions.
    • SAP ALE, Interfaces, LSMW, Queries, Authorizations
