Hiring solutions team of kariera.gr is looking on behalf of a client, a company that operates in the food production industry, a Production Manager. 

 

PRODUCTION MANAGER

 

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the production and packaging team
  • Ensures the smooth operation of production
  • Follows and controls the implementation of written procedures and instructions and ensures product quality.
  • Monitors the execution of the production schedule in an efficient manner.
  • Takes initiatives or participates in actions aimed at improving productivity and reducing production costs.
  • Communication with suppliers
  • Proposes corrective and improvement actions related to production processes.

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering,Chemistry, Food Science, Food Technology
  • Ideally 5-7 year of experience in a similar role in the food industry.
  • Very good PC skills (MS Office) and ERP knowledge (SAP).
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities.
  • Commitment to achieving qualitative and quantitative goals.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
