Hiring Solutions Team on behalf of its client, a Global Technology Company, is looking for a Key Account Manager for its growing team.
Main Responsibilities
Lead the building of trust with channel accounts and creation of a foundation for continued revenue growth. Creates formal networks with key decision-makers and may serve as external spokesperson for the organization
Develop and execute strategies for sales (sell-in & sell-out), pricing and all other matters related to generating revenue
Personally pursue and close key sales opportunities, managing the sales process (internally and externally)
Work with the internal sales team to pursue key prospects
Close cooperation with PM and Marketing teams
Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas
Build professional and trusting relationship with key customers, leverage existing relationships
Set and manage clients expectations
Provide all resources needed to support a relevant account (new and existing) in their efforts to meet the sales target
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrate good judgment selecting methods and techniques of obtaining solutions
Normally receive little instructions on a day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments
Own the sales life cycle end to end
Candidate profile
Minimum 5 years of business experience in Home Appliances (either Major Domestic Appliances or Small Domestic Appliances) at a relevant level in an organized environment (Retailer or Manufacturer)
Bachelor’’s degree in BA (MBA will be a plus)
Great analytical and synthesis skills
Strategic thinking for setting sales strategies and plans that focuses on the assigned market based on company’s major KPIs and targets
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
