Among the various industries we recruit for, we are exclusively retained to find a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager on behalf of a start-up client-company that operates in price comparison services.
About the Role
As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our brand presence, driving traffic growth, and managing our dynamic marketing team. You will be a key member of the management team, shaping our company’s strategic direction and ensuring our marketing efforts align with our overall goals.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the marketing budget and allocate resources to channels with the highest short- and long-term ROIs to maximize top and bottom-line growth
Strategically and tactically optimize paid acquisition channels, including Google and Facebook Ads, to drive efficient customer acquisition
Develop and optimize adjacent paid channels such as Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and TV to reach new audiences and drive brand awareness
Drive and execute SEO-related activities to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic
Co-develop the overall company strategy and own the marketing roadmap to support business objectives
Analyze marketing and product data to optimize return on marketing spend and identify creative growth opportunities
Collaborate with other teams to leverage insights and drive cohesive marketing strategies
Qualifications:
3-4 years of hands-on experience in a similar role
Growth hacking mindset with a commitment to delivering impact and results within set timelines
Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize marketing approaches through numerical analysis
Ability to balance attention to detail with a strategic focus on driving business objectives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
