Responsibilities
Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle
Build, manage and coach a team of experienced recruitment consultants
Design and lead recruitment projects within their aligned business areas
Creating, reviewing and updating recruitment processes to ensure best practice and internal policy compliance
Work closely with the Sales team to ensure that upcoming requirements can be met within budget and timeframes
Maintain an up to date working knowledge of Recruitment industry in order to provide advice and guidance to relevant stakeholders
Provide input on commercial policies and contracts
Collaboration with globally affiliated teams of kariera group
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or HRM
Strong work experience in a similar role
Experience with a variety of sourcing methodologies to include: headhunting, market mapping, boolean searches, social media recruitment strategies, career sites, among others
Fluent English mandatory
Strong negotiation, verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
Entrepreneurial spirit and driven for growth and expansion
