Among the various industries we recruit for, we are exclusively retained to find a Project Manager, on behalf of a client. 

About the Role

The Project Manager oversees projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, managing timelines, budgets, quality standards, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Lead contract negotiations with external suppliers and contractors
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
  • Oversee project scheduling to ensure alignment with company objectives and deadlines
  • Provide guidance and support to contractors, subcontractors, and the technical team
  • Monitor project expenditures and implement cost control measures
  • Implement sustainable practices to minimize environmental impact
  • Communicate project issues, progress, and risks to senior management
  • Regularly evaluate project progress and prepare detailed reports for senior management
  • Ensure the completeness and legality of project documents
  • Provide technical expertise during due diligence for property acquisitions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English language
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Commitment to quality, sustainability, and environmental stewardship
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
