Position Overview:
The Marketing and Presentation Specialist plays a key role in supporting the real estate activities of the company by creating dynamic and visually compelling presentations. This position is responsible for developing creative and effective materials to facilitate financing for projects,showcase the company’’s brand and properties, and enhance marketing efforts. The role requires a blend of marketing expertise, presentation design skills, and graphic design proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Presentation Design
Develop engaging presentations for various purposes, including project financing, company profiling, and property marketing
Utilize graphic design principles to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of presentations
Marketing Support
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote company projects and brand awareness
Create marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and digital assets to support marketing campaigns
Financial Presentation
Prepare presentations for pitching projects to banks, investors and other financial stakeholders, highlighting key financial data and investment opportunities
Company Profiling
Create presentations and materials to accurately represent the company’’s identity, values, and achievements to external parties
Property Marketing
Design presentations and marketing materials to showcase properties for sale or lease, emphasizing unique selling points and value propositions
Creative Development
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for presentations
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in presentation design and graphic design
Qualifications:
Previous experience in marketing, presentation design, or graphic design roles, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field
Proficiency in presentation software such as Microsoft, PowerPoint or Apple Keynote
Strong graphic design skills with experience using design software
Creative thinking and ability to translate ideas into visually compelling presentations
Attention to detail and ability to communicate complex information effectively
Time management and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
