Executive Level: We are a vigorous team of professionals specialized in providing premium executive search and assessment experience to the business world.

Among the various industries we recruit for, we are exclusively retained to find an experienced Group HR Director for a client, a company specializing in the production and marketing of integrated solutions for the kitchen and bathroom.

The Group HR Director is responsible to ensure that all human resources operations are carried out smoothly and effectively, ensuring that all HR needs and practices are aligned with the company’s values and business objectives. The ideal candidate has proven experience, deep HR knowledge, strategic mindset, strong leadership skills demonstrated through her/his excellent communication skills.

Key areas include both strategic and tactical aspects, such as:

  • Leading a team of 5-6 people to develop and support the human factor in all levels of the company aligned with business needs by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development etc.
  • Initiation of the development, implementation, evaluation and monitoring of HR strategies, procedures, plans aligned with the overall business strategy across the organization
  • Overseeing all HR initiatives developed in the company strategy such as compensation, benefits, health and safety, and training needs by anticipating future market demand, staffing and recruiting policies
  • Leading the recruitment and selection process in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Serving as the point of contact bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues
  • Monitoring adherence to internal policies and legal standards while nurturing a positive working environment
  • Anticipating and resolving litigation risks.
  • Reporting to senior management by analyzing systematically collected data and using HR metrics to provide meaningful results.

Key Requirements and Skills:

  • Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and labor law

  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools would be considered an asset
  • BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus
