Executive Level IT Team on behalf of its client, a leader in business-to-customer transaction technologies in Central and Eastern Europe, is looking for a Software Consultant.
Software Consultant
Responsibilities:
Provide robust support for applications across medium to large software projects
Conduct thorough analysis, implementation, and documentation of specialized software applications
Parameterize existing applications to boost operating efficiency or meet evolving customer requirements
Actively participate in troubleshooting and provide exceptional customer support as needed
Organize and lead business and technical workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals
Deliver technical training to internal teams and clients to enhance their understanding and usage of applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and support
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or Informatics
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a consulting or software support role
Proficient in SQL and RDBMS (SQL Server or Oracle)
Familiarity with application servers such as Tomcat or WebSphere is a plus
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
General programming knowledge and a relevant degree are essential, although this role does not involve coding
Work Location:
Client premises with the flexibility of teleworking 2 days per week
