Among the various industries we recruit for, we are exclusively retained to find a HR Learning & Development Specialist, on behalf of a client.

About the Role

The HR Learning & Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of Learning and Organization Development functions. This position involves developing and implementing training programs aligned with the company’s strategies and policies. The HR Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for measuring and enhancing employee engagement, managing administrative employees, and fostering talent development within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure HR strategies are in alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement HR plans and policies that support the company’s mission and vision
  • Create and maintain clear career development paths for all employees and collaborate with them and their managers to support their career progression
  • Design and deliver training programs tailored to the needs of the organization and its employees
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to address these needs effectively
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring the delivery of engaging and informative content
  • Develop, implement, and assess performance management systems
  • Provide guidance on goal setting, performance reviews, and professional development
  • Develop and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction within the company

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification will be considered as a plus).
  • Proven experience (at least 3 years) in HR management, especially in Training and OD departments
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong knowledge of HR regulations and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in HR systems and MS Office
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team
  • Adherence to ethical and confidentiality standards in handling sensitive HR matter
