Hiring solutions team of kariera.gr is looking for an Order Handling / Logistics Associate, on behalf of a client - a global leader in measurement instrumentation, services and solutions for industrial process engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Placing Orders and creating Purchase Orders via companies platforms
Responsible for the accuracy of order details from the moment they are entered into the system until completion, ensuring that all procedures comply with current regulations and company policies
Collaboration with handlers abroad for daily issues (e.g., incorrect pricing, wrong codes, incorrect ship-to address) & assistance to the Financial Controller and to the Operations Specialist
Issuing invoices for international orders, ensuring compliance with the requirements of different markets & optimize local logistic processes
Support in accounting tasks (e.g., VAT exemptions, customer account reconciliation, generate and process invoices, implement to ERP bank checks from customers)
Manage timing of delivering checking of status of shipment and requested/needed documents
Providing customers with information about the status of their orders and resolving any issues
Data Entry to ERP and CRM
Implement open balance status / general ledger to customers
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Logistics or a related field
2 - 5 years proven experience in similar role
Good knowledge of SAP / SBO, ERP environment, CRM / SalesForce, Microsoft office
Good command of the English language, both oral and written
Strong organizational & communication skills, effective problem-solving abilities & a commitment to customer satisfaction
