Kariera Group on behalf of our client is seeking a skilled and strategic Business Intelligence Analyst to support data-driven decision-making initiatives. This role centers on SAP BW and Power BI, with responsibilities that span data modeling, report development, and analytics. The ideal candidate is technically proficient in SAP BW and ABAP and brings expertise in Power BI to deliver actionable insights that drive business outcomes. As a key member of the business intelligence team, you will transform raw data into clear, accessible reports that empower teams to make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
Manage and develop SAP BW data structures, including ETL processes, InfoCubes, and DSOs, while using ABAP to create custom routines and support data extraction.
Design and maintain complex reports and dashboards in Bex Query Designer, applying OLAP technology and BI analytics to provide in-depth business insights.
Build and enhance Power BI reports, integrating data from multiple sources and utilizing DAX for custom metrics; conduct user training to support self-service analytics and business KPI tracking.
Leverage a comprehensive understanding of SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, FI, WM) to ensure data models and reports align with business workflows and objectives.
Conduct data analysis in Excel, producing insights and supporting ad hoc requests to inform various business needs.
Requirements
4-6 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics roles, with a focus on SAP BW and Power BI.
Extensive experience in SAP BW, with hands-on knowledge of data modeling, InfoCubes, DSOs, and ABAP programming for data processing.
Proficiency in creating and optimizing reports using Bex Query Designer.
Strong knowledge of OLAP technologies, ETL processes, and BI analytics.
Familiarity with SAP modules, such as SD, MM, PP, FI, and WM.
Advanced skills in Power BI, including data integration, report design, and DAX.
Excellent proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Desired Qualifications
Experience using SAP BO (Web Intelligence) for advanced data visualization.
Familiarity with Microsoft applications, such as Power Automate and Power Apps.
Knowledge of R programming for advanced data analytics.
