GUEST RELATIONS AGENT

(code “PYR25GREL”) 

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality or relevant field
• Experience in 4*/5* hotel environment
• Excellent command of English language, both spoken and written
• Excellent command of French/German or Italian language, both spoken and written
• Computer literacy | Knowledge of hotel management software (Protel) is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Enthusiastic, eager to learn and develop, team spirit
