Recruitment Specialist
Job Brief:
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for designing and implementing the entire recruitment and selection strategy and coordination of the hiring process end to end. The role reports to the Director of Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting job descriptions and job profiles.
Draft and publish job ads in various portals.
Source candidates by using a variety of search methods databases, employment forums, social media.
Collaborate with hiring managers for departmental staffing requirements.
Train hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
Conduct interviews, screen applicants and build a network of potential employees.
Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to “best fit” open positions.
Organize open days in destination hotels and participate in career days and career fair events in Athens and destination areas.
Ensures all new start documentation is completed in a timely manner through utilization of the recruitment platform.
Liaise and follow-up directly with all applicants.
Prepare Job Offers and monitor on boarding process.
Provides decision support to the HR Director through hiring metrics and reports.
Ensures legal compliance throughout entire recruitment cycle.
Desired Qualifications:
Proven experience as a recruiting specialist with a record of accomplishment of employee placement preferably in hospitality industry.
Degree in Human Resources Management and/or Tourism field.
Experience with sourcing techniques on professional websites as well as on social media.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English language.
Proficient in MS Office, Outlook.
Sound knowledge of Greek Employment Law.
Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
