are seeking to hire for the season 2023 in Corfu:

IT Manager

Responsibilities

IT responsible of applications on a day-by-day basis to ensure execution providing the right support to users, ensuring monitoring of applications to anticipate the risk of dysfunction, solving problems on his own or with the assistance of external suppliers and implementing new business evolution.
Provide and permanently develop knowledge of business process and applications and ensure applications documentation and users ownership
Be responsible for the management of infrastructure and systems across all sites with respect to requirements and recommendations from global and regional IT teams
Provide internal customers with operational and technical support
Analyze and troubleshoot customer problems and advise on appropriate action
Participate in large projects/ leads non¬complex IT projects respecting IT methods and standards, quality, and planning to successful conclusion
Ensure operational management of projects’’ or support dedicated resources
Assist in managing internal and external suppliers and other resource

Profile

Bachelor’’s Degree in computer science or related field, with minimum 5 years or working experience in relevant positions.
Fluent in English
Strong working knowledge in Operating Systems, MS Active Directory, LAN, Backup & Restore, MSOffice 365,
Experience in ERP systems would be desired (Microsoft Dynamics, Protel ERP)
Strong communication skills, customer orientation and willingness to provide support
Dynamic, with passion for excellence and "can-do" attitude
Flexible, ability to adapt to and lead change
Capability to develop cross-functional effectiveness
