Pool Waiter/tress

Ella Resorts is a new collection of eco-chic hospitality properties offering exceptional quality and service excellence. In 2023, Ella Resorts will be operating a portfolio of 6 lifestyle & family resorts on the islands of Rhodes & Corfu. 

Position Summary:

The Pool waiter ensures that all guests are served according to Ella Resorts Service Standards in the pool areas. Displays highest standards of hospitality, always demonstrated within all food and beverage areas.

Takes orders, serves (when applicable, prepares) food and beverages for guests as per the Ella Resorts standards in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
  • Follows all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
  • Has full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
  • Follow all policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor
  • Assists in providing the pool amenities to guests
  • Serves food & beverage orders in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
  • Clears pool area during service. Controls guest checks and secure proper payment,
  • Provides exceptional service
  • Fully knowledgeable regarding F&B menus, offers and promotions 

 

Prerequisites:

  • Three or more years’ working experience in a similar role at a 5-star hotel
  • Degree/Diploma in Tourism
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • A second language (French, German, Russian, or Italian) will be considered as a plus
