MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR PRD/PCK
SUMMARY:
The position holder will manage a maintenance team and will be required to organize and monitor preventive maintenance actions, as well as immediate corrective maintenance on failures identified, in order to ensure operation flow of Production/Packaging process
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Maintenance Supervisor, reporting directly to the Head of Technical Support, is responsible for the overall coordination of the respective Maintenance Team at Anthoussa BU, and in particular shall:
Coordinate Preventive Maintenance actions according to maintenance plan. Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Working Instructions (WIN)
Ensure proper function of production/packaging machines, applying troubleshooting after machines breakdowns or failures.
Study and organize new machinery and format parts installation and issue relevant documentation (Change controls, Installation και Operational Qualifications Protocols, etc)
Study and implementation of interventions required in order to improve O.E.E (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) of equipment.
Issue maintenance and operational processes guidelines
Monitor spare parts stock availability
Manage technical manuals
Prepare feasibility study for equipment renewal
Undertake and follow-up of maintenance team’s training
Responsible of Continuous Improvement actions
PROFILE / SKILLS:
Academic Background
University Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Automation Engineering
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in Maintenance (min. 2 years in Supervising role- highly appreciated experience in Solid Dosage Forms Pharmaceutical Production)
Problem solving, prioritization and critical thinking
Leadership and people management skills
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills
Work effectively under pressure
Willing to learn and develop
Languages:
Fluent in English (advanced oral and written skills).
Special Knowledge
Advanced PC skills: (excellent MS skills- especially Excel, Word)
