Key Responsibilities
Analyze the need for organization structure review, the current departmental operations and best practices related to workflows and provide suggestions to make the organization structure more efficient
Ensure the effective delivery of job analysis and job evaluation processes
Support the design and delivery of Compensation and reward plans to ensure market competitiveness in the retail industry and in accordance with the agreed Compensation and Reward strategy of AB and the Group
Facilitate the annual salary review and bonus payment process, providing costing and market competitiveness, fair pay analyses and insights
Support the design and delivery of associates’ incentive programs; provide relevant financial, operational, and business performance analytics and insights
Build effective working relationships within the internal client organisation; solve queries by providing information on the area of your expertise and the related policies
Ensure the compliance of HR policies and procedures in your area of responsibilities
Work with the compensation team to roll out and support all comp programs, global projects and growth initiatives.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, benefits vendors, and a variety of managers.
Manage projects, training and activities related to employee benefits.
Proactively identify opportunities for improvement of benefit plans, including benefit renewal negotiations, work experience offerings, etc.
Perform frequent maintenance of C&B reports, elements and periodic audits.
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years in compensation and benefits management
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required
Master in HR Analytics or relevant certification
Experience with a market pricing tool is preferred, Market Pay experience is preferred
Familiarity with Hay grading methodology, paynet & job evaluation manager & SAP Success Factors is a plus
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Microsoft Excel advanced experience is required
Administer compensation programs
Evaluate and analyze salary data and jobs for market and internal competitiveness
Conduct market research and salary surveys
Monitor and evaluate the reports on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs
Participate in compensation surveys
