The role:
Having a plethora of projects to discover, design, develop and implement, we’re looking for a Senior Tech Recruiter. You will participate in the full recruitment cycle, undertaking end -to -end recruitment projects for various clients, from large multinational companies to start-ups. Our mission is clear: to match the perfect candidate with the right job!
A day at work:
You will:
👉 Participate in all recruiting activities to include: job description creation, sourcing, advertising positions, screening, phone interviewing, interviews and hires in order to fulfill the timely placement of our projects
👉Acquire full ownership of recruitment projects
👉Develop and manage a network of IT active and passive candidates and grow it
👉Maintain accurate documentation for all candidates and recruitment activities (Databases, reporting etc)
👉Ensure timely and efficient communication with clients as well as with candidates
