About the Role
As a Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, providing strategic financial leadership, and driving financial performance to support the company’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s objectives to drive growth, profitability, and shareholder value
Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to support decision-making
Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management strategies and internal controls
Optimize capital structure and manage capital allocation to support strategic initiatives and maximize shareholder returns
Oversee cash management, banking relationships, and capital raising activities.
Ensure efficient and effective financial operations, including accounting, tax compliance, and financial systems management
Serve as a primary liaison with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. Communicate financial performance, strategies, and key developments to investors
Lead financial due diligence and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and corporate governance best practices
Provide strong leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred
Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations
Demonstrated track record of driving financial performance, managing risk, and implementing best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate trends, challenges, and opportunities in the business environment
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities
