Among the various industries we recruit for, we are exclusively retained to find a dynamic and experienced Export Key Account Manager on behalf of a client -a leading supplier of tableware goods in Oinofyta region. 

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, fostering client relationships, and driving sales growth in international markets. 

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and support
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in UK market, including prospecting potential clients, attending trade shows, and networking events
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue from key accounts, utilizing market insights and competitive analysis
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and sustainable partnerships
  • Coordinating all internal departments involved in creating the goods/services that are to be delivered to the customers. The internal departments are mainly the following: Quality Assurance, Logistics, Creative.
  • Order processing - ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs
  • Often travelling to European destination

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Approximately 4 years-experience in export sales or key account management
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Great communication & negotiation skills
  • Ability to establish and earn personal trust from the clients
  • Organizational & time management competences
