Among the various industries we recruit for, we are exclusively retained to find a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive focused on EU Markets, particularly within the HO.RE.CA channel.

About the Role

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and ultimately driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on coffee chains and roasters in the HO.RE.CA channel
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions to drive maximum value
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market penetration
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our solutions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Professional experience of 5+ years Sales field (preferably in Food and
    Beverage Manufacturing industry)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the EU region as required
