Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compensation and Benefits Specialist/Analyst to join our Group HR Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR data analysis, job gradings, salary, and benefits benchmarking, with a proven track record of success in a multinational environment. The position reports directly to the Group HR Director.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Compensation Analysis:

    • Analyze compensation structures and practices.
    • Utilize HR data for strategic optimization.
  2. Benefits Administration:

    • Manage benefits programs.
    • Evaluate and propose enhancements.
  3. Job Grading and Evaluation:

    • Develop and maintain grading frameworks.
    • Evaluate job positions.
  4. Salary Benchmarking:

    • Compare salary structures.
    • Analyze market data.
  5. Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Collect and analyze HR data.
    • Prepare reports for management.
  6. Compliance and Governance:

    • Ensure legal compliance.
    • Implement internal and external policies.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CCP, CBP) preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with a focus on multinational operations.
  • Extensive experience in HR data analysis, including proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, job grading methodologies, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards in multiple countries.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and compensation management software is a plus.
