The Senior L&D Expert will be part of a core learning team which is responsible for the identification and development of talent,core capabilities building, skilling and reskilling as required. He/she will be working with relevant methodologies, tools, technologies and stakeholders to identify & accurately analyze learning and development needs, translate business strategy into learning needs, develop and deliver effectively and on time L&D solutions, establish, monitor and report on the effectiveness and impact of the L&D initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
Drives the full learning cycle as required (training needs analyses, content &
methodology development and testing, solution delivery and evaluation) at the
individual, team and organizational level
Applies appropriate learning methods based on sound learning frameworks and
evidence-informed design methodologies
Laisses and collaborates with SMEs and key stakeholders for the development and
update of learning content and material in various formats, using solid learning
design principles; sources and curates learning content according to specific needs
Designs, supports, monitors and reports on Development Journeys and
Delivers/facilitates training sessions both in-person and virtually
Participates as assessor in the full cycle of assessment and development centers
Participates in the design of Individual Development Plans, monitors, supports and
evaluates their implementation and effectiveness
Partners and provides managers with relevant feedback, tools and resources they
can use in the development of their people; Reinforces the people development
capability in the organization
Participates in Change Management efforts; applies appropriate techniques to
accelerate change understanding, acceptance, engagement and implementation by
individuals and groups
Participates in the design and execution of the Performance Management process
Widely scans the environment to keep up and bring in the latest research, practices,
technology in the L&D field, and translates them into workable practices within the
organization’s context

Professional qualifications and experience:
Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business or other related fields.
5+ years of proven hands on experience L&D in a fast paced environment (i.e. retail, services etc)
Expertise in instructional design and training delivery in various formats
Solid grasp of learning technologies (i.e. learning platforms, digital authoring
