Kariera.gr | Hiring Solutions team is looking for an Administrative & Development Team Assistant  on behalf of a client - a company that operates in the industry of real estate.

 

Administrative & Development Team Assistant

Position Overview: The  Administrative & Development Team Assistant at Ehret + Klein Hellas plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the deals. This position supports the management team and other staff members by handling administrative tasks. The role includes supporting and facilitating acquisition and sales processes and maintaining relations with stakeholders. The role is integral to maintaining a productive work environment and supporting the company’s real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support & Records Management

  • Provide administrative assistance to the development team and other staff members
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents
  • Coordinate meeting schedules and manage meeting room bookings
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
  • Manage and archive contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information

Support for Acquisitions and Sales:

  • Prepare regular status updates and progress reports for ongoing deals
  • Develop and maintain project timelines for acquisitions and sales processes
  • Track key milestones and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Communicate with team members to ensure everyone is informed and aligned
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, property showings, and site visits
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Act as a point of contact for inquiries and provide relevant information promptly
  • Coordinate and follow up on action items and deliverables from meetings
  • Provide general administrative support to the asset management team
  • Assist in the integration and management activities post-acquisition

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle a high volume of work
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships
