Development Executive with experience in IT and a strong desire to bring in new business. If

Role Overview:
The Business Development Executive for IT Recruitment will be responsible for driving the
growth of our client base within the IT sector. You will leverage your sales experience to
identify and secure new business opportunities, while working closely with the recruitment
team to ensure that client needs are effectively met. This role requires a balance of business
development expertise, industry knowledge, and a keen interest in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
● Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients within the IT industry to
generate new business opportunities for recruitment services.
● Consultative Selling: Develop a deep understanding of clients’ hiring needs and
offer tailored recruitment solutions.
● Relationship Building: Maintain and build strong relationships with clients to ensure
long-term partnerships.
● Market Research: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and
emerging technologies within the IT sector.
● Recruitment Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure that
the right talent is sourced to meet client requirements.
● Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and
exceed revenue targets.
● Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
to win new business.
● Networking: Attend industry events and networking opportunities to grow your
professional network and develop potential business leads.

Required Skills & Experience:
● Proven experience in business development, ideally in the IT industry (inside sales or
similar role).
● Strong knowledge of IT-related roles and hiring trends.
● A track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
● Experience or strong interest in recruitment, with a desire to learn more about the
recruitment industry.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships
quickly.
● Self-motivated, with a hunter mentality and a passion for achieving goals.
● Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks.
● Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
● Excellent written and spoken Greek language

Preferred Qualifications:
● Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is highly desirable.
● Familiarity with CRM systems and recruitment tools.
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field.
