The Hiring Solutions team at Kariera.gr is looking for a Service Administrator.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage tasks within the Service department, including customer communication, preparing quotes, and ordering spare parts.
Allocate and track orders and returns.
Manage the availability and weekly schedule of the Service department.
Provide administrative support to the Service Manager and Operations Specialist.
Generate and process invoices (including issuing invoices and delivery notes).
Data entry into ERP systems.
Data entry into CRM (Salesforce).
Secretarial support (filing, managing couriers, etc.).
Handle company supplies.
Qualifications & Profile:
Educational degree.
Proficient in SAP / SBO, ERP environments, CRM (Salesforce), and Microsoft Office.
