Kariera’s Hiring Solutions team is looking on behalf of a client, a manufacturing company, Technical Support Specialist.

 

Day to day Tasks:

  • Recording customer order details and technical specifications within the ERP program
  • Communicating/following up with customers for technical clarifications and field tests
  • Cooperating with customer support for the direction of the order proposals
  • Controlling and collaborating with procurement for the timely handling of raw and supportive materials
  • Monitoring of subcontractors  (machine shops) repairs’ quality and execution time
  • Customer visits within the Athenian territory 
  • 2 weeks travel per year throughout the Greek territory
  • Potential travel aboard for participation in conferences/expos

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Chemistry or Materials Science, alternatively in Engineering
  •  Proficient in MS Office
  •  Advanced English speaking and writing skills
  • Great attention to detail and organizational skills
  •  Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

The below will be considered as a plus: 

  • Experience with organic elastomers
  • Knowledge of CAD software
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (Entersoft/SoftOne/SAP)
